What does ZhSound do? / 正音是甚麼?

ZhSound is a Mandarin pronunciation coach for Hong Kong learners. You read a word or phrase out loud, and the App gives you instant feedback on your pronunciation — so you can practise and improve on your own.

正音是一款為香港學習者而設的普通話發音教練。您只需讀出詞語或句子,app 便會即時就您的發音給予回饋,讓您可以自行練習、逐步改善。

Does it need an internet connection? / 需要連接網絡嗎?

No. Everything runs on your device — practising, recording and the pronunciation feedback all work offline, aeroplane mode included.

不需要。一切都在您的裝置本機運作——練習、錄音以至發音回饋,全部可離線使用,飛航模式照用。

How does the pronunciation scoring work? / 發音評估如何運作?

You read aloud into the microphone, and the App uses your device’s own speech recognition to assess how close your pronunciation is. Nothing is sent to a server.

您對着咪高峰讀出,app 會運用您裝置本身的語音辨識,評估您的發音是否接近標準。過程不會將任何資料傳送至伺服器。

Do you record or store my voice? / 會錄下或儲存我的聲音嗎?

The microphone is used only while you are actively recording, and recognition is handled by your device’s operating system. Your voice is not uploaded, shared, or kept by us.

咪高峰只在您主動錄音時使用,語音辨識由您裝置的作業系統完成。我們不會上載、分享或保留您的聲音。

Does the app collect my data? / 這款 app 會收集我的資料嗎?

No. There is no account, no analytics, and no ads. Everything stays on your device.

不會。 沒有帳戶、沒有分析工具、沒有廣告,一切都留在您的裝置上。

Which devices are supported? / 支援甚麼裝置?

正音 ZhSound runs on iPhone and iPad.
